KELEBIHAN AL-QURAN

Bersyukur kepada kehadrat Allah Azza Wajalla kerena dengan taufik dan hidayahnya  serta inayahnya jua, sama-sama lah kita memperbaiki akhlak dari lemah kepada kuat, dari kuat kepada lebih teguh dalam mempertahankan Kitabullah (Al-Quran). Diakhir zaman, manusia sudah lalai dari mengingati Allah, orang yang lebah semakin lemah, orang yang zalim semakin zalim dan orang yang lalai dari mengingati Allah semakin banyak (Nauzubillahiminzalik). Sama-sama lah, saudara dan saudari membantu orang Muslim agar dapat mengingati atau teguran mereka walau dengan apa cara sekali pun asal kan tidak melanggar ajaran Islam.

Insya Allah, dengan pertolongan Allah nanti samalah kita membina kerohanian sesama Islam untuk mempelajari isi dan kelebihan Al-Quran.

Ingat-ingat lah, Al-Quran yang diturun kan oleh Allah Taa’la kepada Nabi Muhammad hanyalah satu dan sekarang MUSUH ISLAM sedang berusaha keras untuk mengubah isi kandungan Al-Quran demi menyesat kan Umat ISLAM didunia yang sementara ini. (Nauzubillahiminzalik)

AMALAN RAHSIA AL-QURAN

Kelebihan Basmalah

Dibaca 21 kali sebelum masuk tidur Insya Allah akan dijaga oleh Allah Taala daripada gangguan makhluk halus, jin, syaitan, pencuri, mati mengejut dan perkara yang tidak diingini berlaku termasuk sihir.

Dibaca 78 kali pada air diwaktu malam (seeloknya malam jum’aat) lalu diberi minum pada orang yang bodoh, lemah ingatan, bebal, diberi minum pada waktu pagi (waktu terbit matahari) Insya Allah akan diterangkan hati oleh Allah Taala

Dibaca 50 kali dihadapan orang yang zalim Insya Allah akan dihinakan orang zalim itu oleh Allah Ta’ala

Ditulis 135 kali lalu diletakkan di depan pintu rumah, Insya Allah rumah itu akan terhindar dari jin dan syaitan.

Ditulis 1010 kali lalu dimasukkan de dalam botol dan ditutup/disumbat agar tidak masuk air ditanam di tempat sawah Insya Allah akan terselamat dari binatang perosak dan penyakit tanaman.

DOA MALAIKAT JIBRIL MENJELANG RAMADAN

Do’a malaikat Jibril menjelang Ramadhan

” Ya Allah tolong abaikan puasa ummat Muhammad , apabila sebelum memasuki bulan Ramadhan dia tidak melakukan hal-hal yang berikut :

* Tidak memohon maaf terlebih dahulu kepada kedua orang tuanya (jika masih ada);
* Tidak berma’afan terlebih dahulu antara suami isteri;
* Tidak bermaafan terlebih dahulu dengan orang-orang sekitarnya.

Maka Rasulullah pun mengatakan Amiin sebanyak 3 kali . Dapatkah kita bayangkan yang berdo’a adalah Malaikat dan yang mengamiinkan adalah Rasullullah dan para sahabat, dan dilakukan pada hari Jumaat.

Oleh itu saya terlebih dahulu MEMOHON AMPUN DAN MAAF , jika saya ada berbuat kesalahan, baik yang tidak disengaja mahupun yang disengajakan. Semoga kita dapat menjalani ibadah puasa dengan khusyuk, diberkati dan dirahmati Allah S.W.T… InsyaAllah.

Selamat Menyambut Ramadhan Al Mubarak. Semoga Ramadhan membawa keberkatan kepada semua dan mengukuhkan ukhwah yang terbina

Jadikanlah rumah-rumah Allah ini terang dengan adanya jemaah-jemaahnya yang rajin bersolat dimasjid.

1. Hai Ali! Bahawasanya wali-wali taida mendapat keluasan Rahmat Allah dan keredaan Allah dengan sebab hanya banyak ibadat mereka, akan tetapi mereka mendapatkannya dengan sebab kemurahan hati iaitu bersedekah, serta memandang hina dunia.

2. Hai Ali! Orang yang murah hati hampir kepada Allah, hampir kepada rahmatnya, jauh daripada siksaNya. Adapun orang yang kikir, bakhil, jauh daripada rahmatNya, hampir kepada siksaNya.

3. Hai Ali! Aku lihat tertulis di atas pintu Syurga: “Engkau diharamkan terhadap orang yang kikir, orang yang derhaka kepada ibubapanya, dan orang yang mengadu – adukan orang.

4. Hai Ali! Ketika selesai Allah menjadikan Syurga, maka Syurga itu lantas berkata

“Wahai Tuhan,untuk apakah engkau jadikan aku?

Jawab Allah S.W.T:

“Untuk orang yang murah hati dan bakti”

,
kemudian berkata pula Syurga itu:

“Ya, aku redha!”

dan berkata neraka:

“Wahai Tuhan, untuk apakah engkau jadikan aku?”

Jawab Tuhan:

“Untuk tiap orang yang kikir dan sombong”

Berkata neraka:

“Ya! aku redha untuk keduanya”

FADILAT BERSEDEKAH

1. Hadis daripada Abu Hurairah, katanya: Aku dengar Rasullulah S.A.W. bersabda

“Jangan kamu tolak orang yang meminta walaupun dia kafir.”

Kata seorang sahabat;

“Ya Rasullulah! bahawa kami bersedekah dengan sesuatu dari harta kami kepada orang kafir?”

Jawab Baginda:

“Bahawa mereka adlah makhluk Allah. Sebenarnya sedekah itu jatuh pada tangan kudrat Tuhan yang Rahman!”

2. Makaikat berseru:

“Hai Tuhanku! segerakanlah gantikan harta orang yang bersedekah dan segerakanlah bala bagi orang yang enggan (Bakhil) bersedekah hartanya”

. (Al-Hadis)

3. Sedekah bersembunyi itu memandamkan kemarahan Tuhan dan sedekah berteran-terangan itu pengadang neraka (Al-hadis)

4. Kata Ulamak:

“Sedekah itu 10 kepujian – Lima di dunia dan lima di akhirat”

Lima di dunia
a) mencucikan hartanya
b) mencucikan badannya
c) menolak bala dan penyakit
d) menggembirakan orang miskin dan menggembirakan orang mukmin adalah semulia-mulia amal

e) berkat hartanya dan diluaskan Allah rezekinya

Lima di akhirat
a) dinaungkan Allah orang bersedekah di hari qiamat ketika sangat panas
b) ringan hisabnya
c) berat timbangannya (amalan) di akhirat
d) midah melalui titi Siratulmustaqim
e) bertambah darjatnya di dalam syurga

5. Sedekah itu menutup tujuh puluh pintu kejahatan (Al-hadis)
6. Takutlah neraka walaupun dengan bersedekah sebelah kurma, kiranya taidak berupaya, maka becakaplah dengan perkataan yang baik (menjadi sedekah juga bagimu) (Al-hadis)

7. Bersedekahlah kamu ke atas dirimu dan atas orang yang mati daripada kamu walaupun dengan semangkuk air. Kalau tiada berkemampuan, bacalah satu ayat Kitab Allah, kalau tidak tahu membacanya, maka dirahmati Allah kepada mereka.

8. Jangan menghinakan berbuat kebajikan (sedekah) walau sedikit sekalipun. Bersedekahlah pada awal-awal hari, kerana bala itu tiada melangkah ia akan sedekah. Apabila datang peminta sedekah kepadamu, jangalah ditolak akannya dengan jahat walau sedikitpun. Berbahasalah dengan manis muka, kerana dosamu menyakiti hatinya lebih besar dosanya daripada pahala sedekah mu itu walau sedekahmu itu separuh daripada hartamu. Dan jangan kamu menolak orang yang mula-mula meminta pada mu itu, kerana kadang-kadang datang kepadamu itu bukan manusia, hanya jin hendak melihat betapa kamu lakukan pada barang yang diberi Allah daripada nikmatnya (rezeki) kepadamu. 9. Barang siapa menengking kepada peminta sedekah nescaya ditengking akanya oleh Malaikat pada hari qiamat (Al-Hadis)

10. Maskahwin bidadari itu (sedekah) segengam buah kurma dan sebelah roti) (Al-Hadis)

Kelebihan Sembahyang Sunat Terawih

Diriwayatkan oleh Saidina Ali (r.a) daripada Rasullulah S.A.W., sebagai jawatan dari pertanyaan sahabat-sahabat Nabi S.A.W. tentang fadhilat (kelebihan) sembahyang sunat tarawih pada bulan Ramadhan.

Malam 1: Keluar dosa-dosa orang mukmin pada malam pertama sepertimana ia baru dilahirkan, mendapat keampunan dari Allah

Malam 2: diampunkan dosa-dosa orang mukmin yang sembahyang terawih serta kedua ibu-bapanya (sekiranya mereka orang yang beriman)

Malam 3: berseru Malaikat dibawah Arasy supaya kami meneruskan sembahyang terawih terus menerus semoga Allah mengampunkan dosa engkau.

Malam 4: memperolehi pahala ia sebagaimana pahala orang-orang yang membaca kitab-kitab Taurat, Zabur, Injil dan Al-Quran.

Malam 5: Allah kurniakan baginya pahala seumpama orang sembahyang di Masjidilharam, Masjid Madinah dan Masjidil Aqsa

Malam 6: Allah kurniakan pahala kepadanya pahala Malaikat-,alaikat yang tawaf di Baitul Ma’amur (70 ribu Malaikat sekali tawaf), serta setiap batu-batu dan tanah-tanah mendoakan supaya Allah mengampunkan dosa-dosa orang yang mengerjakan sembahyang terawih pada malam ini

Malam 7: Seolah-olah ia dapat bertemu dengan nabi Musa serta menolong Nabi ‘ Alaihissalam menentang musuh ketatnya Firaun dan Hamman.

Last Words of Prophet Muhammad S.A.W

Read it.. So you know it

Suddenly, there was a person, he said salaam.
‘May I come in?’ he asked.

But Fatimah(rt.anha) did not allow him enter the room.
‘I’m sorry, my father is ill,’ said Fatimah(rt,Anha), turned her body back and closed the door.
She went back to her father who had opened his eyes and asked Fatimah(rt.Anha), ‘Who was he, my daughter?’

‘I don’t know, my father. It was the first time for me to see him,’ Fatimah(rt.Anha) said gently.
Then, Rasulullah(s.a.w) looked at his daughter with trembled look, as if he wanted to reminisce about every part of her daughter’s face.

‘Know one thing! He is who erases the temporary pleasure; he is who separates the companionship in the world.
He is the death angel,’ said Rasulullah (s.a.w).
Fatimah(rt.Anha) bore the bomb of her cry. The death angel came toward him, But Rasulullah(s.a.w) asked why Jibril(alahsalam) did not come along with him..

Then, Jibril(alahsalam) was called. Jibril(alehslam) was ready in the sky to welcome the soul of Habibullah and the leader of the earth.
‘O Jibril, explain me about my rights in front of ALLAH?’ Rasulullah(s.a.w) asked with a weakest voice.

‘The doors of sky have opened, the angels are waiting for your soul.’
‘All jannats open widely waiting for you,’ Jibril(alehsalam) said..

But, in fact, all this did not make Rasulullah(s.a.w) relieved, his eyes were still full of worry..
‘You are not happy to hear this news?’ asked Jibril(alehsalam).
‘Tell me about the destiny of my people in future?’

‘Don’t worry, O Rasul ALLAH(s.a.w). I heard ALLAH tell me: ‘I make jannat haram for every one, except the people of Muhammad(s..a.w) who are inside it,’ Jibril(alehsalam) said.
It became closer and closer, the time for Malaekat Izrail(alehsalam) to do his work.

Slowly, Rasulullah’s (s.a.w)soul was pulled. It was seemed that the body of Rasulullah (s.a.w)was full of sweat; the nerves of his neck became tight.

‘Jibril(alehsalam), how painful this sakaratul maut is!’
Rasulullah(s.a.w) uttered a groan slowly. Fatimah(rt.anha) closed her eyes, Ali(rt.anho) sat beside her bowed deeply and Jibril(alehsalam) turned his face back.

‘Am I repugnant to you that you turn your face back o Jibril?'(alehsalam)
Rasulullah(s.a.w) asked the Deliverer of Wahy.

‘Who is the one who could see the Habibullah in his condition of sakaratul maut,’ Jibril(alehsalam) said..
Not for a while, Rasulullah(s.a..w) uttered a groan because of unbearable pain.
‘O ALLAH, how great is this sakaratul maut. Give me all these pains, don’t give it to my people.’

The body of Rasulullah(s..a.w) became cold, his feet and chest did not move anymore….
His lips vibrated as if he wanted to say something, Ali(rt.anho) took his ear close to Rasulullah(s.a.w).
‘Uushiikum bis shalati, wa maa malakat aimanuku – take care of the saalat and take care the weak people among you.’

Outside the room, there were cries shouted each other, sahabah held each other. Fatimah(rt.anha) closed her face with her hands and, again, Ali(rt.anho) took his ear close to Rasulullah’s(s.a.w) mouth which became bluish.

‘Ummatii, ummatii, ummatii?’ – ‘My people, my people, my people.’

And the life of the noble man ended.
Could we love each other like him? Allahumma salle ‘ala Muhammad wa baarik wa salim ‘alaihi. How deep is Rasulullah’s(s.a.w) love to us.

Notes
Don’t worry if people hate you because there are many others who love
and care you in the earth. But be worried if ALLAH hates you because
there is no other who loves and cares you in akhirat.

May Almighty Allah guide all of us to the Right Path and give all of
us the courage to accept the Truth in the light of Qur’an and Sunnah
and to reject all things which are in contradiction to the Holy Qur’an
and Sunnah.

SOME HEALTH GUIDELINES FOR RAMADHAAN

This article provides useful advice on how to avoid some common problems encountered in Ramadhan. If followed, it would enable one to fast comfortably and enjoy fully the spiritual benefits of Ramadhan. During the holy month of Ramadhan, our diet should not differ very much from our normal diet and should be as simple as possible. The diet should be such that we maintain our normal weight, neither losing nor gaining. However, if one is over-weight, Ramadhan is an ideal time to normalise one’s weight.

In view of the long hours of fasting, we should consume slow digesting foods including fibre containing-foods rather than fast-digesting foods. Slow digesting foods last up to 8 hours, while fast-digesting foods last for only 3 to 4 hours.

Slow-digesting foods are foods that contain grains and seeds like barley, wheat, oats, millet, semolina, beans, lentils, wholemeal flour, unpolished rice, etc. (called complex carbohydrates). Fast-burning foods are foods that contain sugar, white flour, etc.

(called refined carbohydrates).

Fibre-containing foods are bran-containing foods, whole wheat, grains and seeds, vegetables like green beans, peas, sem (papry), marrow, mealies, spinach, and other herbs like methie, the leaves of beetroot (iron-rich), fruit with skin, dried fruit especially dried apricots, figs and prunes, almonds, etc.

The foods eaten should be well-balanced, containing foods from each food group, i.e. fruits, vegetables, meat/chicken/fish, bread/cereals and dairy products. Fried foods are unhealthy and should be limited. They cause indigestion, heart-burn, and weight problems.

AVOID

Fried and fatty foods.

Foods containing too much sugar.

Over-eating especially at sehri.

Too much tea at sehri. Tea makes you pass more urine taking with it valuable mineral salts that your body would need during the day.

Smoking cigarettes. If you cannot give up smoking, cut down gradually starting a few weeks before Ramadhan. Smoking is unhealthy and one should stop completely.

EAT

Complex carbohydrates at sehri so that the food lasts longer making you less hungry.
Haleem is an excellent source of protein and is a slow-burning food. Dates are excellent source of sugar, fibre, carbohydrates, potassium and magnesium. Almonds are rich in protein and fibre with less fat. Bananas are a good source of potassium, magnesium and carbohydrates.

DRINK
As much water or fruit juices as possible between iftar and bedtime so that your body may adjust fluid levels in time.

CONSTIPATION

Constipation can cause piles (haemorroids), fissures and indigestion with a bloated feeling.

Causes: Too much refined foods, too little water and not enough fibre in the diet.
Remedy: Avoid excessive refined foods, increase water intake, use bran in baking, brown flour when making roti.


LETHARGY (‘low blood pressure’)

Excessive sweating, weakness, tiredness, lack of energy, dizziness, especially on getting up from sitting position, pale appearance and feeling faint are symptoms associated with “low blood pressure”. This tends to occur towards the afternoon.

Causes: Too little fluid intake, decreased salt intake.

Remedy: Keep cool, increase fluid and salt intake.

Caution: Low blood pressure should be confirmed by taking a blood pressure reading when symptoms are present. Persons with high blood pressure may need their medication adjusted during Ramadhan. They should consult their doctor.

HEADACHE

Causes: Caffeine and tobacco-withdrawal, doing too much in one day, lack of sleep, hunger usually occur as the day goes by and worsens at the end of the day. When associated with “low blood pressure”, the headache can be quite severe and can also cause nausea before Iftar.

Remedy: Cut down caffeine and tobacco slowly starting a week or two before
Ramadhan. Herbal and caffeine-free teas may be substituted. Reorganise your schedule during the Ramadan so as to have adequate sleep.

LOW BLOOD SUGAR

Weakness, dizziness, tiredness, poor concentration, perspiring easily, feeling shaky (tremor), unable to perform physical activities, headache, palpitations are symptoms of low blood sugar.

Causes in non-diabetics: Having too much sugar i.e. refined carbohydrates especially at suhur (sehri). The body produces too much insulin causing the blood glucose to drop.

Remedy: Eat something at sehri and limit sugar-containing foods and drinks.

Caution: Diabetics may need to adjust their medication in Ramadan, consult your doctor.

MUSCLE CRAMPS

Causes: Inadequate intake of calcium, magnesium and potassium foods.

Remedy: Eat foods rich in the above minerals e.g. vegetables, fruit, dairy products, meat and dates.

Caution: Those on high blood pressure medication and with kidney stone problems should consult their doctor.

PEPTIC ULCERS, HEART BURN, GASTRITIS AND HIATUS HERNIA

Increased acid levels in the empty stomach in Ramadhan aggravate the above
conditions. It presents as a burning feeling in the stomach area under the ribs and can extend up to the throat. Spicy foods, coffee, and Cola drinks worsen these conditions.

Medications are available to control acid levels in the stomach. People with proven peptic ulcers and hiatus hernia should consult their doctor well before Ramadhan.

KIDNEY STONES

Kidney stones may occur in people who have less liquids to drink. Therefore, it is essential to drink extra liquids so as to prevent stone formation.

JOINT PAINS

Causes: During Ramadhan, when extra salah are performed the pressure on the knee joints increases. In the elderly and those with arthritis this may result in pain, stiffness, swelling and discomfort.

Remedy: Lose weight so that the knees do not have to carry any extra load.

Exercise the lower limbs before Ramadhan so that they can be prepared for the additional strain. Being physically fit allows greater fulfilment, thus enabling one to be able to perform salah with ease
